Summer Stay

The Residential Period of Academic Year 2016/17 will come to an end on 31/5/2017. For students who would like to stay in Shiu Pong College beyond the aforementioned date (including the night of 31/5/2017), they are required to apply for the summer stay according to the instructions in below.

B. Eligible Applicants
Current residents and students who are allotted in Shiu Pong College

C. Application Procedure

1.          Log in at https://isw.umac.mo/eform/, input student ID no. and password

2.          Click “Select form for submission“, then click “SPC”

3.          Choose “Application Form for 2017 SPC Summer stay and summer luggage

4.          Fill in the on-line application form

5.          Upon completion, click “Submit

Notes:

  • E-form system will log out automatically per hour and the entered data will “NOT” be saved.
  • Each applicant can only submit the online application for once, please read and fill in the form carefully and completely.
  • Please ensure the application information is filled correctly before submission as changes are not allowed once the submission is made.
  • Any missing fields, the alert will pop-up at the top-left corner.
  • This form serves as an application only, the final arrangement is subjected to the final decision by the college.

Remarks:

1.      E-Debit note will be issued to students who applied to summer stay and they are required to settle the payment in May before the summer stay (tentative payment period: 17-May to 24-May 2017).

2.      The summer stay fee will be calculated on weekly rate and the last 3 days of summer stay will be calculated on daily rate.

3.      The summer stay fee is non-refundable.

4.      Summer stay application will not be accepted if students did not settle the payment on time.

 

F. Important Points to Note

l   Catering service will be suspended starting from: 21/5/2017.

l   Students will stay in the current rooms temporarily until further notice. Since deep cleaning will be conducted for all rooms in Shiu Pong College during summer holiday, summer stay students are required to change room for at least once. The notice for the assigned rooms will be issued later.

l   As all the room cards will be expired on 31/5/2017, for summer stay students who are continuing stay in College after the last residential date, you are required to come to our office S9-G016 to process the reactivation of room card during the mentioned period and time. Please bring along your room card for the process.

l   For graduating students (except FLL students) who would like to apply for 2017 summer stay, their applicable summer stay period is from 31 May 2017 to 13 Jun 2017 (night). In other words, graduating students (except FLL students) should no longer stay in College after 14 Jun 2017.

 

Summer Luggage

Please pay attention to the following for the application of 2017 Summer Luggage in Shiu Pong College.

l   Students allotted to Shiu Pong College AND;

l   successfully applied the 2017/18 SPC readmission AND;

l   partially stay/not stay in College during summer stay.

E. Fee and penalty:

Summer luggage fee: MOP50 per storage space

Penalty scheme: effective from 22 Aug 2017

Administrative Fee for late retrieval MOP 100
Penalty fee on overdue storage MOP100 / storage space / month(max. MOP400 / month)**(max. MOP1,200 total penalty)

Remarks:

1.      The summer luggage fee and the penalty fee (if any) will be collected (in cash) while retrieving the luggage.

 

 

F. Important Points to Note

l   Students are required to store the luggage at ONE time only.  It is not allowed to move-in a second time, even the storage quota is not used up.

l   Students are required to prepare the luggage bag(s)/box(es) on his/her own, a maximum area for each student is  60 (L) x 60 (W) cm.

l   All eligible students need to pack and move their luggage by themselves. NO helper assistance will be provided.

l   Student should retrieve their luggage on/before 21 Aug 2017. Otherwise, penalty will be imposed.

l   SPC will not bare any damage or loss of luggage. It is strongly recommended that the students should pack the luggage box(es)/bag(s) with NO valuable, breakable or damageable belongings inside.

l   Luggage MUST move-in by 31 May 2017. Otherwise, late request will not be entertained.

l   All luggage should be packed in good condition. Office reserves right in rejecting any luggage which is yet to be packed and/or may affect other luggage storing.
