Lunch with Professors at SPC – University Life: What to Expect?

On April 21, 2021, Shiu Pong College invited 17 professors to have conversations with students over lunch. More than 40 students attended the event. This event is meant to enhance students’ academic competence. Professors shared their study and professional life experience, and provided guidance and advice to students on their studies and career planning. Professors who participated in chatting with students included Prof. Zhang Benzi of Shiu Pong College, Prof. Kuong Io Kei of Department of English, Prof. Liu Hongyong of Department of Chinese Language and Literature, Prof. Liu Minghua of Faculty of Business Administration, Dr. Si Tou Sio Tan of Faculty of Business Administration, Ms. Kuan Un Fong of Faculty of Business Administration, Prof. Cheng Chun Wai of Faculty of Education, Prof. Wong Ming Wai of Faculty of Education, Prof. Ching Ho Hong of Faculty of Education, Prof. Li Zhe of Faculty of Law, , Prof. Cheung Shu Fai of Department of Psychology, Prof. Ho Chiew Siang of Department of Government and Public Administration, Prof. Yang Yibai of Department of Economics, Prof. Sin Sai Weng of Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Dr. Vat Kam Hou of Department of Computer and Information Science, Prof. Shao Huaiyu of Institute of Applied Physics and Materials Engineering and Prof. Xu Xiaoling of Faculty of Health Sciences. The lunch came to an end with laughter among professors and students.

SPC adopts a student-centered approach and offers support to students in their academic pursuits. Being one of the signature activities at SPC, “Lunch with Professors” is welcomed by many students as it is informal, and that professors and students can enjoy lively chit-chat.

澳門大學40週年校慶—

紹邦書院舉辦「與教授午聚—我這樣走過大學之路」

二零二一年四月二十一日，紹邦書院邀請十七位教授與書院同學共進午聚，吸引逾四十名學生參與。是次活動的主題為「我這樣走過大學之路」，旨在透過師生互相交流提升學生的學習能力。各位教授分享了自身求學和工作經驗，並為學生的學習和職業生涯提供指導建議，鼓勵學生奮發努力，在學業上不斷攀登新的高峰。出席活動的教授包括﹕紹邦書院張本梓院長、英文系鄺耀基教授、中國語言文學系劉鴻勇教授、工商管理學院劉明華教授、工商管理學院司徒小丹博士、工商管理學院關婉芳老師、教育學院鄭振偉教授、教育學院黃明蕙教授、教育學院程浩航教授、法學院李哲教授、心理學系張樹輝教授、政府與行政學系何秋祥教授、經濟學系楊毅柏教授，電機及電腦工程學系冼世榮教授、電腦及資訊科技學系屈鑑濠博士、應用物理及材料工程研究院邵懷宇教授，以及健康科學學院徐曉玲教授。活動在一片歡聲笑語聲中結束。

紹邦書院一直秉承以學生為本的教育理念，為學生提供不同的學習機會。「與教授午聚」是書院其中一個別其特色的活動，學生能在輕鬆愉快的氣氛下與教授進行面對面的交流，一起談學術、說人生，故活動廣受師生歡迎。
