SPC Dancing Club started off
Dancing Club of Shiu Pong College started its excise in Room 3008 of N8 Sports Complex in September 10th. This Club will train on every Thursday evening in this semester.
After some ice-breaking games, Mr. Michael who teaches at Faculty of Education and fulfills the teaching job of SPC Dancing Club, provided happy dancing class to all students. They stretched with dancing postures, practiced basic skills and rehearsed group dance. Although some of students do not have dancing experience before, they enjoyed the magic of dancing. Besides skill, they also learned teamwork through group exercises.
紹邦書院的舞蹈社正式開班
紹邦書院舞蹈社於9月10日晚在澳門大學體育綜合樓的3008室進行了首次練習。
在澳門大學教育學院任教的Michael老師受邀在每周四晚對舞蹈社進行指導。第一次的活動以破冰游戲為開端，然後Michael老師教同學們用各種舞蹈姿勢充分感受身體的舒展和放松，最後進行了集體舞蹈的編排和練習。雖然有些同學並沒有舞蹈的基礎，仍然從練習中獲得了極大的樂趣。除了舞蹈動作，他們還在團體練習中學習如何與他人協作。
