SUMMER STAY
The Residential Period of Academic Year 2014/15 will come to an end on 29 May 2015. For students who would like to stay in Shiu Pong College beyond the aforementioned date, they are required to apply for the summer stay according to the instruction in below.

Current residents and students who are allotted in Shiu Pong College
C. Application Procedure
Log in at https://isw.umac.mo/eform/, input student ID no. and passwordClick “Select form for submission”, then click “SPC”
Choose “Application Form for 2015 SPC Summer stay and summer luggage”
Fill in the on-line application form
Upon completion, click “Submit”
Notes:
Application of Summer stay and Summer Luggage is required to be submitted in one form.
Only one submission will be accepted, hence, please ensure the application information is filled correctly before submission.

** 2015 summer stay is subject to FMC’s approval, announcement will be made once there is any decision.
Electricity and Water Fee Utilities fees will be charged according to the actual consumption
F. Important Points to Note
Catering service will be temporarily suspended during the summer recess: 19 May – TBCStudents will stay in the current rooms temporarily until 20 June 2015. Since deep cleaning will be conducted for all rooms in Shiu Pong College during summer holiday, summer stay students are required to change room for at least once. The notice for the assigned rooms will be issued later.

Please pay attention to the following for the application of 2015 Summer Luggage in Shiu Pong College.
A. Application Period
23 Apr – 3 May
B. Eligible Applicants
Students allotted to Shiu Pong College AND;successfully applied the 2015/16 SPC readmission AND;
partially stay/not stay in College during summer stay.
C. Application Procedure

E. Fee:
Please note that Summer Luggage in RC is a paid service, the storage fee is not yet confirmed while the charge will be issued according to your actual use.F. Important Points to Note
Students are required to store the luggage at ONE time only. It is not allowed to move-in a second time, even the storage quota is not used up.
Students are required to prepare the the luggage bag(s)/box(es) on his/her own, a maximum area for each student is 60 (L) x 60 (W) cm.
All eligible students need to pack and move their luggage by themselves. NO helper assistance will be provided.
Student should retrieve their luggage on/before 24 Aug 2015. Otherwise, penalty may be imposed.
SPC will not bare any damage or loss of luggage. It is strongly recommended that the students should pack the luggage bag(s) with NO valuable, breakable or damageable belongings inside.
Luggage MUST move-in by 29 May 2015. Otherwise, late request will not be entertained.
